PHASE I
Online Certification
Your journey to certification begins with the American Red Cross online CPR / First Aid / AED course. This essential first phase covers the critical theoretical principles and core life-saving knowledge required to proceed to your hands-on skills session. Complete this portion at your own pace to build a strong foundation for safe, effective outcomes.
PHASE II
Hands-on Skills Session
Phase II is the final step of our blended CPR / First Aid / AED course, where your team transitions from online theory to active practice. Our expert instructors facilitate these in-person sessions at your location to ensure every participant masters life-saving techniques with professional confidence.

PHASE I PREREQUISITE
Yes, you must successfully complete the American Red Cross Phase I online course and obtain your certificate of completion before attending your hands-on session at our facility.
SESSION TIMING
The Phase II in-person skills practice and assessment typically lasts about 3 hours. This ensures ample time for mastery of life-saving techniques under professional guidance.
ESSENTIAL ITEMS
Please bring a printed or digital copy of your Phase I Online Completion Certificate and wear comfortable clothing suitable for practicing floor-based CPR and AED skills.
CERTIFICATION VALIDITY
Upon successful completion of Phase II, your official Red Cross certification card will be issued, which remains valid for two years from the date of the skills session.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
We require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling a skills session. This allows us to manage instructor schedules and offer the seat to other students.
TRAINING LOCATION
All Phase II hands-on training sessions are conducted on-site at the facility of trainee(s). We will come equipped with the latest AED and CPR simulation technology.
